+RULES AND DEADLINES

FILM SUBMISSIONS
All works must be original and created exclusively by high school students. Films will be accepted in four categories: feature short (narrative), animation, documentary, and comedy. There is a ten minute limit on films and they must be submitted in DVD, DV tape, or VHS and received by March 18, 2008. All work must be appropriate for viewing in a high school setting.

ART SUBMISSIONS
All works must be original and created exclusively by high school students. Work will be accepted in two categories: Film poster design and package design. All work must be submitted on paper and no larger than 24" in size vertically and horizontally. Works can be hand drawn or digital. All work must be received by March 18, 2008. All work must be appropriate for viewing in a high school setting.
