+PETER PAPAGIANAKIS

Peter Papagianakis is a corporate attorney and the founder of Business Law Firm LLC. The firm’s practice is dedicated exclusively to structuring business transactions and writing, reviewing, and negotiating business contracts.

Papagianakis has practiced business law transactions since he graduated from law school in 1997. His experience has been as an associate for a national law firm and a Manhattan-based law firm and as senior counsel for a NYSE-listed company where he was responsible for SEC reporting and corporate and capital market transactions.

A magna cum laude graduate from his law school and his undergraduate alma mater, Papagianakis also teaches law and economics for various graduate and undergraduate university programs in New York.

Before law school, Papagianakis worked for two years as an Assistant Bank Examiner with the Miami Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and for one year as an Assistant Economist with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. In addition, he passed the Level I examination of the Chartered Financial Analyst program.
