Peter Bove´ attended Parsons School of Design and the New School to study fine art. Mr. Bove´ later entered the world of film production as a production assistant quickly moved on to producing, often as a producer and 1st Assistant Director of major television commercials. Most recently he was a producer of Sundance award winner, Oscar Nominated, “Capturing the Friedmans.” He has worked in virtually every facet of the film world. He was a director-cameraman for a Portuguese documentary production shot during the Columbus Race aboard the tall ship 'Sagres' and lateen rigged ‘Boa Esperança’ entitled, 'Columbus, Portuguese Spy?' and has taught film production at the School of Visual Arts in NYC and later went on to write and direct several projects including a pilot for children's programming entitled 'The Cowboy Kid' and a documentary on Native Americans entitled 'Wisdom of the Tribe.' His short film made in a Children’s Museum of the East End workshop entitled “Ice Scream” recently found venue at the Rome International & Atlanta Underground Film Festivals. He has written countless music video concepts for artists ranging in style from Lenny Kravitz & Paul Shaffer to Wynton Marsalis, and directed a music video for Lou Christie. One of his feature film scripts “The Dupe Of Wales”, is currently under contract.
